Summary Graphs make registration management speedier than ever.

As policies change and program registrations climb, keeping track of the rush of registrations can feel like an uphill battle.

FamilyID’s new Summary Graphs are more than just a pretty picture!

Whether you have 25 or 2,500 participants, scrolling and sifting through registrations, checking (and double-checking) approval status, clearing students, and ensuring payments have been made is incredibly time-consuming.

That’s why we’ve created a simple one-click solution to easily customize your registration view and quickly find the information you need with speed and flexibility.

Read more about how to use these clickable graphs to make managing your registrations feel like a walk in the park, not an uphill climb!

Summary Graphs for Status Updates

When viewing all registrations for a program, three graphs will appear above the participants when you’re using Table View. Don’t see the graphs? Be sure to click “Show Graphs” to the right of your program title if they are not already in view.

Here’s the beauty of it! The green section of the graph represents complete, approved, or paid registrations; the yellow section represents correction required, no status, or partially paid registrations, and the red section represents registrations that are canceled, not yet approved, or unpaid.

When you hover over each section of the graph, you will be shown the status, number, and percentage of registrations in your program that meet that criteria.

These sections are also buttons that when clicked, will organize your view to show participants that meet that criteria only. For example, to see registrations that are not approved, click on the red section of the graph labeled “Approval Status.” Here, you see that the registration list in view has been reduced from all registrations to only the participants whose registrations are not approved.

For longer lists, you also have the option to view more participants on one page by using the dropdown menu to the bottom right of the summary graphs.
