A note from ArbiterSports President & CEO, Kyle Ford

Late last year, I sat down for the first time with Rochelle Nemrow, Founder & CEO of FamilyID, over dinner in Boston.

We were meeting to discuss the possibility of uniting ArbiterSports and FamilyID. I was immediately struck by Rochelle's considerable intellect, business acumen, and passion.

Rochelle grew the FamilyID online registration business from concept to market with remarkable client retention rates and impeccable loyalty. Her relentless focus on "simple registration for everyone" manifested in a powerful online platform that gave parents unprecedented control over their family's information while solving an ongoing administration problem for program providers.

That dinner in Boston led to many more meetings and conversations, and I'm happy to report that FamilyID became part of the Arbiter family earlier this year.

Over the past several months, Rochelle and I have worked tirelessly to integrate our teams and align the business to offer an All-in-One solution that simplifies program registration, scheduling, and payment processing for state associations, K-12 schools, sports leagues, and all community programs. During this process, we have benefited considerably from Rochelle’s entrepreneurial spirit, expertise, and energy.

Today, we are announcing that Rochelle will be stepping away from the day-to-day operations of the business and will take a well-deserved break.

Rochelle remains an involved shareholder and continues to cheer us on from the sidelines. As an organization we are grateful for everything Rochelle has done and we wish her all the best for the future.
